12m Antenna

This antenna is removed and replaced with a 6 el yagi with 12m boom placed in the second tower.

The 4 element 12 m yagi is made of a CueDee 4 el 15m Yagi. The elements are of course shortened but the boom is extended to 7m (23 ft). As the 12 m band is very narrow the antenna can be optimized for Gain and F/B. Mike SJ2W has made the final design.

Boom legth (diam 50 mm/ 2″) 7 m (23 ft)
Longest Element 6.22 m (20,33 ft)
Turning Radius
Weight
Forward Gain (free space) 7.23 dBd
F/B 24.1 dB

Antenna tested at 7m over ground.image

The gamma match is orginal CueDee just refurbished with new stainless steel screews.

MMANA plots for antenna at 12m (39 ft)  without the gamma match.
